Processing Times:
All non-commercial orders have a processing time of 2 days. This allows time for engraving and for the food-safe wood oil to soak into the products, helping to prevent warping.
Delivery Profile:
All orders placed with Timber Engraves - whether delivered within the UK or to any EU destination - are shipped using tracked services. You’ll receive your tracking information via email during the processing time of your order, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds:
Because all products are personalised and engraved to order, we do not accept cancellations or returns for change of mind. Please double-check your engraving and shipping details before placing your order.
If your parcel is lost in transit, please allow 48 hours after the last estimated delivery date before contacting us. If confirmed lost, we will send a full replacement without waiting for Royal Mail's official confirmation (which can take up to 30 days).
For commercial orders, different processing and delivery times apply. These are agreed upon before payment is processed. Please use the Commercial Enquiries tab for these orders.
What happens if my order arrives damaged/lost?
In the very rare circumstance that your order arrives damaged, or your order is lost, you're entitled to a full replacement order.
For Lost orders:
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, you are entitled to a full replacement. Please allow 48 hours after your final estimated delivery date before getting in touch. To request a replacement, email us at contact@timberengraves.com with your order number and tracking information.
For Damaged orders:
If your order has been damaged during transit, you're entitled to a full replacement within 7 days of your order arriving. Please email us at contact@timberengraves.com with your order number and pictures/evidence to support your damaged parcel/product(s).
We aim to review all cases within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Once your request has been assessed, we’ll send you an email with new tracking details for your replacement order.
