What products do you offer?
We specialise in personalised wooden gifts including engraved chopping boards, serving boards and coasters.
What type of wood do you use?
All our boards and coasters are crafted from premium Acacia wood. A wood known for its durability and beautiful grain. Our wood is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood which signifies that it comes from forests managed according to strict environmental, social and economic standards.
Can I upload my own design or logo?
Yes! You can upload your own artwork, logo, or text during the order process. We’ll ensure it’s engraved with precision.
Do you offer pre-designed templates?
Absolutely. We have a range of beautiful templates you can personalise with names, dates, or messages to make each gift personalised to yourself or others.
PERSONALISATION & CUSTOM ORDERS
Is there a limit to the text I can add?
We recommend keeping text concise so it engraves clearly - hence our character limit on our template designs. If you have a larger design, contact us and we’ll advise on the best approach.
Can I see a proof before engraving?
Yes, we can provide a digital mockup on request so you can approve the layout before production. Simply get in touch with your vision and we will create a digital mockup for free.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we specialise in branded gifts for businesses, weddings, and hospitality. Please reach out for a custom quote by visiting the 'Commercial' tab in the header.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Where do you ship too?
We ship across the UK and all countries within the EU. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout. More information can be found on the shipping/returns section within the footer.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email. All of our orders are tracked 24/7 so you can be sure you have updates on your parcel from when you place your order to it arriving at your door.
How long will my order take?
UK orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Please check the Shipping/Returns tab in the footer for the full breakdown on processing times and shipping times for your order.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Do you have a care guide?
Yes! We have a full care guide process on how we recommend you teat your wooden product in the footer of our site.
Are the products food-safe?
Yes! All the products are coated in a FDA-food safe wood oil before shipping. They are processed for a mandatory 24h dry time before being shipped out.
