How can I contact Timber Engraves for further questions?
For any questions regarding your order or Timber Engraves products, please email us at contact@timberengraves.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?
Due to all products being personalised and engraving starting within hours of purchase, we cannot accept cancellations. If you need to amend engraving details or your shipping/delivery postcode, please email us immediately at contact@timberengraves.com. We will try our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee this.
What happens if my parcel is lost in transit?
If your parcel is lost, we will send a full replacement order without waiting for Royal Mail's official confirmation (which can take up to 30 days). Please allow up to 48 hours after the last estimated delivery date before contacting us about a missing order.
Are commercial orders treated differently?
Yes, commercial orders have different processing and delivery times. These terms are agreed upon and confirmed by the customer/business before payment. For commercial enquiries, please use the Commercial Enquiries tab at the top of the page.
Do you ship outside the EU?
We currently ship only to EU countries listed within our shipping zones. If you wish to order from a country not listed, please contact us at contact@timberengraves.com.
