What if my order is delayed, lost, or damaged?
If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, you are entitled for the 7 day money back guarantee. Please contact us and we will ensure a replacement order.
How long does it take to process my order?
We process orders within 1 business day to engrave, oil, and prepare your item before shipping.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As our products are custom-made, we don’t accept returns unless the item is damaged or engraved incorrectly. Our 'Return Policy' can be found in our footer. If you have concerns, reach out, and we’ll be happy to help.
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, depending on your selection at checkout.
Do you engrave custom engraving?
Yes! You can personalise our products with names, logos, or messages. Simply select 'Upload Your Own Design' when choosing your product or choose from one of our 12 Template Designs.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order on the Royal Mail website or follow the regular updates posted straight to your email.
Why wood over plastic?
Ditch the microplastics that can enter your food with a wooden serving/chopping board. Proving to be more aesthetic and naturally antibacterial due to the natural oils. These are just some reasons why wood is better then plastic.

Do you offer bulk/commercial orders?
Yes! We provide discounts for bulk and corporate orders. Contact us via our 'Commercial Orders' page and receive a quotation within 48h.
Can I use copyright logos to engrave?
Only if you have permission to have the logo engraved, can you submit your design to be engraved. You must have permission and adhere to the copyright laws.

What wood oil do you use for the coating?
We use natural oils and non-toxic finishes to protect and enhance the wood while keeping it safe for you and the environment. Our FDA food-safe wood oil ensures your product/s are preserved.
How can I care for my wooden product?

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We prioritize recyclable/biodegradable packaging to reduce our environmental footprint. We also keep the use of plastic to a minimum to help the environment!
What type of wood do you use?
Yes! We only use Acacia wood from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified forests. This ensures that the wood comes from forests that are managed responsibly
